Toastmasters clubs from across the Caribbean, is pleased to announce the formation of the Caribbean Territorial Council, Toastmasters International. This is the first step in the formation of a district. Clubs presently in the council are from the islands of Guyana , Haiti, St. Thomas, Curacao, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Barbados , Jamaica, Trinidad and Bermuda.
