Membership Goals
All Toastmasters Clubs encourage their members to progress in the
Communication and Leadership tracks. Most members join principally
with the intention to improve their speech, which is the Communication
tract. However some members pursue also what is called the Leadership
track. Serving as a club officer is one part of the leadership tract.
More members in the local clubs are seeing the advantage of pursuing
both tracks.
